Override policies
Overriding policies is only possible in Beds24, not on the Booking.com extranet. A classic example is that you are happy to have a refundable rate but do not want to allow cancellations over holidays like New Year. All you need to do is set a policy override for this period in Beds24. You can have multiple policy overrides, giving you full control.
Messaging
Thanks to our integration with Booking.com’s messaging API, you can communicate with your guests through Beds24. Your automated and manual messages will be delivered to your guests via Booking.com’s messaging system.
Payment processing
Beds24 is fully compatible with Booking.com’s Managed Payments programmes. You can also send payment requests to your guests, and if you use Stripe, you can even automatically charge guests’ credit cards and virtual cards from Booking.com when payments are due.
