Beds24  2023 review and  2024 preview: A Look Back at 2023 and What Lies Ahead

Welcome to the start of a new year!

As we enter 2024, the Beds24 team is excited about the opportunities ahead. In this blog article, we would like revisit and highlight some of the many new features which we added in the past year.

Here is a recap of additional convenience functions that will save you time and enhance your efficiency:

  • Reporting a guest’s misconduct directly from Beds24 to Booking.com.
  • Reconciliations for reservations originating from the Expedia Group, which can now be performed directly from within the Beds24 booking interface. We send these changes to Expedia, eliminating the need for you to log into your Expedia extranet.
  • Sending registration information for Expedia and Vrbo is now possible directly from Beds24.
  • Streamlining the CSV booking import process for new properties makes onboarding quicker and easier.

Effective messaging is crucial for our customers. In addition to direct messaging  with Airbnb guests via Airbnbs messaging system, our integration with the Vrbo messaging system allows you to receive and reply to messages from Vrbo guests directly within Beds24 through Vrbo’s messaging system.

The rollout of the Beds24 mobile app on IOS and Android platforms was well received. We recently launched Version 2 with new features, and version 3 is already in the pipeline with additional upgrades and more features.

Reviews are a key driver of bookings. Our review integration with Airbnb, Expedia and Vrbo  enables our customers to submit guest reviews, as well as read and reply to these guest reviews and review guests, directly from Beds24.

And that’s not all, we also have several new integrations available. One of these is a direct integration with the popular TTLocks.

So what can you expect next from Beds24?

Customers may have noticed changes to the menu structure. We are actively improving usability and workflows to optimize the user experience. More changes and a refreshed look for the control panel are on the way.

We are proud to have been granted early access to Expedia’s brand new messaging API for beta testing, which will soon allow us to facilitate messaging with Expedia guests directly from the booking in Beds24.
